Phase 01

UWL PhD Scholarship & Eligibility

Apply for the fully-funded Vice-Chancellor's PhD Scholarships at University of West London (UWL).

  • Benefits: Tax-free stipend & full tuition fee coverage (3-6 years).
  • Eligibility: UK 2:1 Honours + Master's (Merit/Distinction) or equivalent Non-UK qualifications.
  • English: IELTS 6.5 (min 6.0 in each element).

Phase 02

Check Admission & Eligibility Criteria

Ensure you meet the academic and English language requirements for UK universities.

  • Undergraduate: HSC/A-Level/DAE with 70%+ marks. Gap not more than 1 to 1.5 years.
  • Undergraduate English: UKVI Academic IELTS/PTE (6.0 overall, no band less than 5.5). Foundation year is required.
  • Postgraduate: 16 years education with at least 50% marks. Gap not more than 5 years.

Course & University Selection

Phase 04

Application Submission

Apply to selected universities with required documents (Transcripts, SOP, LORs, Passport).

  • UCAS or Direct portal application management.

Phase 05

Offer Letter & Deposit

Receive your Conditional/Unconditional offer and pay the initial tuition deposit to secure your seat.

  • Securing seat in 48-72 hours (Fast-track universities).
  • Guidance on tuition fee deposits.
  • Confirmation of scholarships/discounts.

Phase 06

CAS Issuance

University issues the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) after verifying all conditions.

  • CAS Shield/Check verification.
  • Maintenance funds (Bank statement) verification.
  • Pre-CAS interviews preparation.

Phase 07

Visa Application (70 Points System)

Apply for your Student Visa under the Points-Based System (70 points required).

  • 50 Points for CAS: Requires passing credibility interviews and depositing 50-60% of the first-year fee.
  • 10 Points for Maintenance Funds: Inner Borough £12,006 / Outer Borough £9,135 maintained for 28 days.
  • 10 Points for English: Pass approved English language proficiency requirements.
